Part I. IN GENERAL |
§ 201.19. Failure to maintain plumbing system.
Failure to keep the pipe leading from the plumbing system to the sewer main and the pipe leading from the water meter to the plumbing system clean and maintained in a proper manner will give the county the right to cut off the water connection, which shall not be reconnected until the sewer and/or water pipe is cleaned, repaired, and maintained properly. Any violation of this provision by reconnecting the connection from the county water line, until such sewer pipes are cleaned, repaired, and maintained properly, shall be considered a violation of this chapter and subject to the penalties hereinafter provided.
