§ 201.23. Water charges on new construction accounts.

On new construction accounts, water may be provided to the contractor subject to a deposit determined by the department, refundable on cancellation and upon payment of the construction account for water used, service availability charge and billing charge and provided further that this deposit shall be forfeited if the building is occupied prior to the cancellation and payment of the construction account for water used.
