§ 201.63. Administration.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, the county administrator shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this part. Any powers granted to, or duties imposed upon, the county administrator in this part may be delegated by the county administrator to the director, or other designee, and the term "county administrator" shall be deemed to include any such designee. The county administrator is responsible for the development and promulgation of the necessary rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of this Part III of Chapter 201 of the Code.
