§ 214.10. Construction of State Road 60 Interest Share Fee.

The new development subject to the State Road 60 Interest Share Fee shall be the new development that would be subject to payment of the transportation impact Fee and exemptions to payment of the transportation impact fee and adjustments in the payment of the transportation impact fee resulting from changes in use and shall be fully applicable to the obligation of new development to pay the State Road 60 Interest Share Fee.
