§ 303.27. Penalties.

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to punishment as is provided by law for violation of a county ordinance. Violation of this chapter shall also subject the establishment to disconnection of utility service, at the discretion of the utility director.
