§ 303.29. Purpose.

The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, wishes to protect the health and environment of its citizens, and recognizes that certain risks to the public health and environment may be associated with the demolition of structures within the county. Accordingly, the board wishes to provide a mechanism to assure that demolition hazards are identified and addressed.
