§ 308.06. Designation of responsibility for administration and implementation of the Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Program.

(1)

The Indian River County Community Development Department is hereby designated the agency responsible for the implementation and administration of the Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Program. In its capacity as the responsible agency, the community development department, with concurring approval from the board of county commissioners, may contract with various profit or non-profit agencies for various administrative activities.

(2)

The community development department shall monitor the success of the Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Program, and provide advice and suggestions as to whether and in what ways the Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Program might be improved from year to year.
