§ 400.12. Notice to correct damage or unsightly conditions.

In the event there has been damage to public property or improvements, or debris, construction sheds, undesirable materials or unsightly material left on the site or adjacent property, then the building official shall notify the owner or the contractor, to commence correctional steps immediately to alleviate the condition or the damage. The condition or damage shall be corrected within five (5) days from the date of notification.
