§ 401.05. Construction and application of the technical codes.

In order to better protect and preserve the public health, welfare, and safety, whenever any provisions contained in the technical codes adopted by this chapter is in conflict or inconsistent with an application provision contained in the fire prevention code then in force in the county dealing with or pertaining to the same subject, then and in that event the more stringent provision shall apply and govern to the exclusion of the less stringent provision.
