§ 1006.01. Short title; statutory authority; applicability.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Indian River County Library Facilities Impact Fee Ordinance.

(2)

This chapter shall apply to the entire county, including the municipalities within the county, to the extent permitted by Article VIII, sec 1(f), Florida Constitution.
