§ 303.37. Requirements for demolition.

The health department shall require the following as a condition of any demolition approval issued:
(1)

Compliance with the requirements of this part, and

(2)

Proper disposal of all materials in accordance with applicable law, and

(3)

Submission of documentation evidencing proper disposal of all materials removed from the site within ten (10) business days of said removal.

(4)

Compliance with the requirements of F.S. Ch. 469, and Chapter 62-257, Florida Administrative Code, pertaining to asbestos.
