§ 315.07. Dispensing of controlled substances by pharmacy.

Any pharmacy which dispenses controlled substances shall be staffed and supervised by one or more pharmacists duly licensed by the State of Florida, at least one of whom shall be present during all hours that the pharmacy is open for dispensing controlled substances.
